Known for her conceptual oil portraits, Leah Davis is a Scottish artist drawn to inner worlds and quiet strength. Her symbolic work explores themes of transformation, resilience, and the experience of otherness, shaped by personal narrative and folklore.
Her upcoming series, Machair (January 2027), marks a return to her home county of Caithness, examining how place continues to live within us, shaping our identity long after we believe we have left it behind.
